The Residence contains 224 luxury apartments and offers plenty of services such as, laundry, a lounge bar for light meals and drinks, a breakfast room, and 24/7 reception.

The residence does not appear in GPS systems. Please type in 1 Rue Edouard Buffard and follow signs for Home Business. You will pass by Rue du Bois de Loselet and Avenue des Fresnes.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 11 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
