Los Balcones Restaurant offers the best Mexican and international specialties in view of the hotel's interior gardens. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner while listening to piano and violin music. Listen to live evening music while sipping on a refreshing drink or glass of imported wine at Los Murales Bar. For private dining, suite service is available 24 hours a day.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 20.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 28.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 45.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
