Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
