Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10.05 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 1.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
