Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10.5 % Tax is not included.  USD 0.50 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
