All of the rooms are large and luminous, feature original antique furniture and are equipped with all common facilities. They have lift access.

Hotel details

Inside the main building there are 6 rooms, 2 self-catering apartments and 2 lounge areas with internet connection, there is also the shop offering typical Umbrian products and crafts. A horse-riding centre and private parking is also at your disposal.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
