Food & Beverages

The Grand Palladium Resort and Spa offers 3 buffet-style restaurants, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also 7 additional restaurants located on-site, featuring international cuisine from Asia, Mexico, India and Italy. The resort also offers 12 different bars, serving a variety of beverages and specialty cocktails.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. -Please note there will be a Gala Dinner Christmas & New Years Eve (24 of December and 31 December) that will be mandatory to include in your room rate due to the holidays. The additional charge will be 65 USD including tax per person. Children pay 50 percent.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 37.50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
