The hotel has 220 completely refurbished rooms. Most are either on ground floor with a small veranda or higher up, with a small balcony.

Hotel details

The mini club is available for children from 3 until 12 years of age. The junior club is available for children from 13 until 17 years of age. Both children's clubs, known as Bambinopoli, runs on a fixed time schedule. The hotel offers the following facilities at an additional cost: - Newspaper shop (during the summer months). - Beach umbrella on the equipped beach. In order to reserve one of the beach umbrellas in the first row of the beach, near the sea, you must make your request immediately after booking and contact the hotel directly. - Transfer service to Monopoli Railway Station and Bari and Brindisi Airports.

Food & Beverages

There is an air conditioned restaurant in the main building (6/8 people per table) providing breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets (open from June to September). It offers a choice of starters, main courses and second courses, vegetable side dishes, fruit and desserts, accompanied with a wide choice of wines.

- From 14 June until 13 September, a club card fee is compulsory for all guests over the age of 3. - Early departures will be charged a penalty of 50% of the amount of the remaining booked period. - Reservation in first row of umbrellas on the beach come at an extra cost (requests are to be made at the time of booking, directly in the hotel).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged 15 % of the room stay per night and person for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
