Please note that the following extra charges apply for self-catering apartments: Final cleaning supplement (from EUR 84 to EUR 98, depending on apartment size) A EUR 200 damaged deposit, which will be refunded upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 17 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 17 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
