Food & Beverages

Top organic produce from the Mondsee region as well as fine international fine are used in our restaurant to be transformed into the finest meals. Guests of the hotel are served a rich breakfast buffet between 07:30 and 10:30. Enjoy the excellent cuisine of Mondsee Hideaways at the open fireplace in our non-smoking restaurant or in our garden restaurant at the market square.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 6 to 14 years is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 15 to 18 years is charged EUR 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
