Please note the reception check-in times: Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 13:30 and 14:30 - 22:00 Saturday and public holidays: 08:00 - 12:30 and 15:00- 20:00 Sunday: 08:00 - 12:30 and 17:00 - 22:00 Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive outside these times.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included.

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
