Hotel details

The reception is open Monday through Saturday from 14:00 to 19:00. On Sundays and public holidays, the reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 18:00 to 21:00. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please contact the hotel in advance to obtain the access codes. All cancellations must be made in advance or you will be charged for the cost of 1 night at the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
