Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: When parking for 7 or more days, a fee of CAD 34.95 will be charged per week.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
