Be sure to visit the Northern Point Restaurant and Lounge located on the ground floor of the hotel. The casual environment offers a distinctly North American menu and full service lounge. Enjoy a quiet meal or join your colleagues for a comfortable get-together or meeting. The restaurant also opens early with a delicious breakfast menu to get your day going right.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. Guest must sign waiver at check-in. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Dogs over 40 pounds may be allowed at the hotel's discretion and should be discussed with the General Manager prior to accepting the reservation.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 9.95 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13.40 % Tax is not included.  5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
