From 23-26 December 2009, only continental breakfasts will be available. During this period, the leisure club, bar and restaurant will not be open and no bar meals or room service will be available; there will also be no maid service.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
