Supplementary Hotel Cancellations Terms: Cancellation (without penalty) 1. The Hotel may cancel the booking without penalty to either party if the hotel or any part of it is closed due to fire, dispute with employees, admin or system errors, alterations, or by order of any public authority or any cause effecting the event that is outside the hotels control; or if there is a change of ownership of the hotel; or if the hotel in its sole discretion believes the event or the client might prejudice the reputation of the hotel. With respect to the above events, the hotel will refund to the client any advance payment made by the client, and will have no further liability to the client Cancellation (with penalty) 2. The hotel may cancel a booking with a penalty to the client if the client is more than seven days in arrears with any payment due under this contract; or if the client becomes insolvent or enters into bankruptcy, liquidation or receivership. With respect to the above events, the client shall pay to the hotel compensation, together with any other costs incurred by the hotel in connection with the event

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 10.00 per person.  Continental breakfast costs GBP 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
