Hotel details

For any bookings that cover NYE, we require a AUD 250 deposit at the time of booking and full payment is required by 1st December. After December 1st 2009, all bookings are fully pre-paid and 100% non-refundable. Parking is subject to availability. Additional parking station at Luna Park, only 300 metres down the road.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AUD 12.95 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs AUD 19.50 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 22.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs AUD 28.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
