Check-in is by appointment only. Please specify your expected arrival time, and a member of staff will be at your apartment for check-in. Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 30.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  80 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 20 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  American breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
