Travel information

By Train: The hotel is located 5 minutes walking distance from Milan central railway station. Go past Piazza Duca d’Aosta and walk along Via Napo Troiani. When you reach the first roundabout, make the second right and you will find yourself in Via Carlo Tenca. Continue on this street for 30 metres until you reach number 21, on the right-hand side. By Plane: The hotel is 30 minutes from Milan Linate Airport and 50 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport. Coaches to both airports leave from the central railway station.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
