Please note that the hotel does not have a reception and full payment is required in advance. After making your reservation, the hotel will send you an email with a door code so that you can access the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs DKK 75.00 per day.  Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 4 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

25 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged DKK 125.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
