The restaurant offers first-class new English cuisine, prepared using only the freshest ingredients. The à la carte menu changes regularly and there is always a good selection of fish, vegetarian and seasonal dishes. The philosophy of this traditional establishment is quite simply to give professional, personal and friendly service combined with providing a first-class dining experience. Both bars, the Cadland and Colonel, offer cosy fireplaces and comfortable places to dine. In the warmer weather you may wish to wine and dine outside on the extensive patio. Running Horses serves a large selection of well-tended real ales, beers, spirits and fine wines.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
