Food & Beverages

The Rickenbacker Restaurant, located on-site, is features an international menu in a casual atmosphere. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is available from 6:00 AM until 10:00 AM Lunch is available from 12:00 PM until 2:30 PM Dinner is available from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM. The VinFiz Lounge, also located on-site, offers light and casual fare for lunch and dinner. The lounge is open until 1:00 AM. Room service is also available from 5:00 AM until 2:00 AM.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 9.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
