The EPIC hotel is the only hotel in the Biscayne Bay to offer direct marina services.

Food & Beverages

The EPIC hotel hosts a nightly wine hour in the lobby. Guests can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere complete with the hotel's signature Mojitos.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 12.95 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 12.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 32.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
