Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: The hotel's restaurant will be under renovation until late October, 2009. There is a mandatory USD 150 daily hold on credit cards upon check-in to cover incidental charges in addition to room and tax charges. The balance may not be fully restored for several business days after check-out.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 12.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 32.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 15.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two further children or adults are charged USD 75.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
