If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 15.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
