Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

No special conditions apply for groups.
