Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  10.7 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 15.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

No special conditions apply for groups.
