Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 6 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
