Last minute reservation modifications will not be honored by the hotel - therefore, all changes must be made 7 days prior to arrival. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Guests must provide printed proof of reservation in order to board the airport shuttle both to and from the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly for airport shuttle service hours. Charges apply for drop-off at the airport from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 15.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
