Please note that check-in is carried out at Agenzia Vacanze Casa in Marilleva 900, from 17:00 until 20:00 of the day of arrival. Full payment is requested at check in and Residence Albare' requires a damage deposit on arrival, which is refunded at the end of your stay after the apartment has been checked. In summer the deposit is EUR 100, while in winter it is EUR 150 per apartment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
