Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged USD 7.00 per stay for cots.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 11.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
