Food & Beverages

Bice Bistro is an extraordinary open kitchen and a splendid Raw Bar that offers delicious sea food. One of the most appealing characteristics of this two-story restaurant is its astonishing view, as in each story you will find a bar; double-height ample spaces with nice Italian decoration: woods and marbles, the walls exhibiting a collection of photographs that homage the great periods of the movies and its stars, a nice reef fish container that provides life and form to the restaurant. The cook, Ivan Carranza, executive chef, offers such dishes as pasta and pizza cooked in firewood, in a modern Woodstone furnace, combining both, technology and tradition, a spectacular bar with seafood, meat, poultry and grilled fish, different carpaccios, and an interesting variety of appetizers to the best Italian style. Finish the day by visiting the Lobby Bar and Sky Bar at the hotel, and enjoy a drink or appetizer.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Breakfast costs USD 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
