Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17 % VAT is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 17.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
