Rooms

All our bedrooms are en suite and either double or twin bedded, and are non-smoking. Every bedroom offers a wealth of facilities including tea and coffee making facilities, and a remote control colour TV with free satellite channels. We also have a number of family rooms available, and in our courtyard rooms, we welcome pets.

Health and Beauty treatment rooms are also available offering a range of therapeutic and revitalising treatments.

Food & Beverages

We are renowned for our food, with our cooking being tasty and traditional with a wide choice of creative dishes. Guests can dine in our vibrant bistro, or traditional bar and lounge area, choosing from an extensive menu which changes regularly to reflect the availability of fresh, local top-quality produce.

Additional Cancellation Information: Notice period for cancellations for larger parties and longer stays: 1 - 3 room nights: 24 hours 4 - 6 room nights: 48 hours 7 - 10 room nights: 1 week 11 + room nights: 2 weeks Room nights are defined as the number of rooms reserved multiplied by the number of nights booked. In the event of no-shows, the first night’s accommodation rate will be charged in full.

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 4.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
