Our rooms offer you warm accommodations in a country house style. All south-facing rooms, junior suites, suites and wellness suites have terraces from which to enjoy the expanse of Lake Thun and its mountains. Comfort satisfies even the most discriminating of guests.

Food & Beverages

A light and market-fresh Swiss cuisine with a Mediterranean influence is the order of the day at the Wellness- & Spa-Hotel Beatus. Particular attention is paid to the seasonal nature of the products. Thomas Sandor is responsible for the quality of the cuisine. He loves his job, but sees it as more of a vocation in the responsibility of maintaining the health of his guests. Preference is give to regional products and with Lake Thun right in front of the hotel this means easy access to local fish. His freshly caught whitefish are a first-class delicacy.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 5.00 per hour.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
