Hotel details

The Villa was originally twice its current size. Hard times forced the family to sell half of the property and buildings. Over time the building was abandoned, but in 1999 an American artist bought the Villa and meticulously restored it to its former beauty. In 2004, the premises was converted from a private residence into this comfortable luxury hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  3 % service charge per room per night is not included.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 55.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
