The hotel's building is integrated into one of Merida's most beautiful 19th-century mansions, which is now considered a historical monument. The mansion is the hotel's main entrance, where guests will find the reception desk, the Fountain of the Four Muses, the Main Lobby, gift and arts shops, a travel agency, as well as other services.

Food & Beverages

The hotel also includes a large restaurant with a bar next to the pool; it features excellent Mexican, international, and regional specialties, as well as fine beverages, tropical drinks, and exotic cocktails infused with domestic and imported liquors.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
