Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 5 years is charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 8 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 9 to 12 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 13 to 15 years is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
