Melksham is steadily gaining in popularity due to its ideal location on the A350; a main gateway to the magnificent Wiltshire countryside. Travel information

By Car - Exit the M4 at junction 17. Take the A350 exit to Chippenham. - At the Stanton St Quintin roundabout take the second exit onto the A350 to Chippenham. - At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto A350 West (Capen Way). - Go straight through 2 more roundabouts. - At the following roundabout, take the third exit and stay on the A350 West (Capen Way), and go through another roundabout. - At the next roundabout, take the 4th exit onto the A4, Bath Road. - Turn left, then right onto Easton Lane. - Turn left at Lacock Road, then right at Coppershell. - Take a slight left at B3353/ Velley Hill, then continue to follow the B3353. - Turn right at Top Lane. Pear Tree is located on this road.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
