Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 25.00 per person.  Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AUD 45.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
