Hotel details

Please note that this is a 2-storey property without a lift. Please advise in the comments section whether you require a ground floor room. Economy rooms are all on the 2nd floor. Photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. Without a credit card, AUD 100 cash security deposit is required.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 5.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs AUD 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
