Visitors appreciate the hotel is located by the water in the heart of Melbourne’s New Quay, valued throughout, next to the Etihad Stadium. Each apartment has a large open-plan living and dining area, highly regarded, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large balcony, most with water views. There are 23 luxury apartments in total and guests can choose between one, and above all, 2 or 3-bedroom units. Within the complex, very much appreciated, guests will find a heated swimming pool and a state-of-the-art gym. Each apartment has a 32” flat-screen TV, valued throughout, satellite channels and a DVD player. Additionally, highly regarded, guests can make use of the private undercover car parking, which is small fee payable, . There are also a number of bars and restaurants. The trendy New Quay area is home to many award-winning restaurants, very much appreciated, cafés, bars and shops. Clients appreciate the hotel is only minutes from Melbourne’s CBD and the Southern Cross Train Station.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
