One Bedroom Suite Accommodation in our One Bedroom Suite includes a queen bed with separate lounge area, walk in robe and marble en-suite with shower over the spa bath. All suites overlook Exhibition Street with city views. King Suite Accommodation in our King Suite with King Bed, large separate living area, walk in robe and marble en-suite with king sized Jacuzzi spa. All suites overlook Exhibition Street with city views.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 22.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs AUD 32.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
