The apartments are serviced weekly for stays of longer than 7 days. Additional servicing is available on request and an additional charge will be incurred.

Grand Harbour Accommodation asks you to present a valid credit card and photo ID upon arrival. A large deposit may be required should you not have a valid credit card. Secured car parking is available at a daily fee. Please contact the hotel directly to make the booking. Parking is subject to availability. Grand Harbour has a strict "no party" policy and guests failing to comply with this policy may be asked to leave without refund.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 50.00 per night and person for cots.  One older child or adult is charged AUD 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
