Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 10 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 3 to 9 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 12 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
