Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 16 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
