Rooms

The 22 rooms on 2 floors feature 34 m² of luxurious, non-smoking comfort. All rooms have beautiful views of the surrounding hotel park. 2 rooms, one on each floor, are equipped for the requirements of disabled guests, with more space (37 m²) and an especially large bathroom with shower and toilet.

Hotel details

The hotel features a small, but exclusive light-flooded spa centre with sauna, steam bath, light therapy and massage rooms, as well as an adjoining fitness centre. The outdoor lounge terrace features a natural swimming pond for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Food & Beverages

The Restaurant Schlosspark Mauerbach offers seminar and á la carte guests culinary highlights at the highest level. The bar with café-lounge is a meeting place for guests to enjoy the special atmosphere of the park and drinks from around the world. The restaurant is closed on Saturdays for lunch, on Sundays for dinner, and during big events.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.22 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 10.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
