Matrei is located 1000 metres above the sea level and the Olympic City Innsbruck and the Brenner border are 20 km away. Infrastructure in the summer: 500 km hiking routes, a tennis court, a bowling court and a common swimming pool, air gun and crossbow shooting, billiards and much more Infrastructure in the winter:: 25 km of cross-country skiing (at 1640 metres), 5 km lighted sledge ways, an ice rink, curling, sauna, fitness centre

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 3 to 14 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
