Rooms are spacious with a lounge area. Floors are tiled in terracotta and adorned with designer rugs. Spacious bathrooms have either a bathtub or shower and come with L’Occitane toiletries.

Food & Beverages

Prepare for the day of sun, sea and sand with a wholesome buffet breakfast in the Grand Hotel Residencia from 08:00 until 11:00. Gaze at views over the gardens and Gran Canaria Mountains as you breakfast. Light meals, snacks and tapas for lunch can be enjoyed at the Pool Bar from 12:30 until 16:30. Waffles and crepes are served from 11:00 and 18:00. Later, order a delicious cocktail or bottle of champagne from 18:00 until 02:00. The sophisticated Piano Bar hosts live music every evening. Help yourself to complimentary tea and pastries, served in the afternoon twice a week. Dine in style in the à la carte restaurant from 19:00 until 22:30, and twice a week at the barbecue buffet. You can also enjoy the traditional regional recipes served on the outdoor terrace.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
