Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 60.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 9.50 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
